I offer in person Sunday sessions! Therapy is a powerful and inspiring journey of self-discovery and personal growth, and I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way. Each person who walks through the door brings a unique mix of personality, life experiences, and values. You are the expert on you, and sometimes life can feel a little heavy, especially when anxiety, depression, or overwhelming thoughts start to take the wheel. If you're feeling stuck or just need a safe space to breathe and sort things out, I'm here to help. I am passionate about not only learning about any issue at hand, but also about YOU. I aim to support you by tailoring my approach to your needs, while offering new tools to not only help with symptom management, but empower you to continue your journey towards growth and healing.
