I hold a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy and bring over 20 years of experience as a military spouse and educator, blending professional training with lived insight into family transitions. I’m an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, Gottman Level 1 and 2 trained, working with individuals, couples, and families. I’m especially passionate about supporting neurodiverse clients, empowering parents, and guiding children through emotional growth.
