Courtney Carroll, "My ideal clients are teens and adults who are interested in using arts-based interventions alongside traditional clinical therapy to treat trauma and stress related issues. I see most clients in the art studio in our practice and utilize materials such as painting, drawing, clay, mixed media to work to enhance expression, to build resilience, and create healing from within oneself. I also use EMDR therapy to help clients heal trauma.
