Currently accepting new clients-availability on Monday and Tuesday evenings. My work aims to help individuals experiencing a variety of life stressors feel empowered to make meaningful change. I treat adults of all ages and have experience working with a wide range of interpersonal, behavioral and substance abuse challenges. My approach is affirming and compassionate while centered around relationship building and establishing a positive rapport, as I believe the therapeutic alliance is an essential component for treatment success. I strive to create a safe and honest space for individuals to feel supported and free from judgment.
