Many people come to therapy feeling worn down from carrying too much on their own or confused by emotional reactions and relationship patterns that keep repeating. I enjoy working alongside clients as they slow things down, make sense of their experiences, and feel more connected to themselves. Together, we focus on understanding where these patterns come from, strengthening coping skills, and building healthier ways of relating. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe being honest, exploring difficult emotions, and developing tools that help them feel more grounded, confident, and secure in their daily lives. I specialize in helping individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, grief, and life transitions. Using a person-centered approach and EMDR, I tailor treatment to each client’s needs. I focus on emotional processing, skill-building, and strengthening resilience while incorporating creative, strength-based strategies to support lasting change.
