Hi there! I’m CP, and I’m here partner with you on your path to self-compassion and growth. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s a safe space to explore, ask questions, and reconnect with your authentic self. If you’re feeling mentally overwhelmed, emotionally numb, or physically burned out, we can work together to help you express yourself fully and find balance. I'm particularly passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ folks and survivors of interpersonal trauma. I'm also currently pursuing my Sexual Health Association (SHA) certification to become a certified Sex Therapist to pair with my experience being a Sex Educator.
