Hi, I'm Courtney. My passion involves working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, those wanting to work on conflict resolution, adjusting to life transitions, and performance and sports anxiety. My experience includes working with adults, teens and adolescents, young adults, and athletes. I view therapy as a collaborative process where clients can learn skills to manage emotions, build healthy relationships, increase self-worth/self-esteem, and create a sense of meaning. I strive to create an authentic environment where the client feels herd and where they can make meaningful change in their life. My education includes a specialization in Hispanic Youth and Families. I also specialize in working with athletes and high performers.
