My passion has always been to work with individuals to increase their overall happiness, build upon their strengths, and encourage them to never give up on their goals and dreams. Life can come with many challenges and roadblocks on the path to our success and satisfaction. As your therapist, I will work in collaboration with you to facilitate growth and empowerment, while providing you with support and direction. I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, and adults who deal with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self-esteem, and everyday life stressors.
