Are you having difficulty with relationships (family, intimate or friends)? I work with a variety of clients on developing a stable relationship with oneself and the world around them in order to develop meaningful relationships&experiences in the world. I use buddhism tenets backed by neuroscience to help shift the thoughts, actions and beliefs that shape the world you experience. My speciality areas are with anxiety, substance use and adolescents. There is always a need to focus on ways to bring happiness into our lives. In order to decrease anxiety, depression and other mood challenges and target those unhelpful patterns, I utilize a behavioral approach. IFS, Positive psychology and science driven ways to help create new neural-pathways, I look forward to working with you to bring joy and abundance
