Hello! I graduated with both my Bachelors & Masters in Social Work from ASU. As a therapist, I am an advocate for your therapy goals and self-worth. When we feel worthless at our core, we abuse ourselves in numerous ways, including drug abuse/alcoholism, toxic relationships, overeating, self-harm behaviors, letting others use & abuse us, settling for less than our potential, negative self-talk, overworking, etc. “We accept the love we feel we deserve.” When we feel we have value, we make self-respecting decisions and act from a place of self-love.
