My aim as a therapist is to work with you to build an environment where you feel comfortable enough to begin working toward the life you want to see yourself living. I work with adults of all ages and backgrounds who are looking to gain understanding about their own reactions and responses to the stressors in their lives, and who are looking for support in walking through the various challenges that life can bring. I am excited to work with individuals who are looking to learn more about ways to better manage issues with stress, anxiety, depression, chronic disease, and ultimately better care for themselves.
