While working as a therapist, my primary focus has centered on anxiety, ADHD, ASD, mindfulness, and intergenerational/childhood traumas. During my graduate work, I pursued a specialization in Trauma-Informed practices and the treatment of Trauma-Focused disorders, allowing me to help folks pursue healing from these events or circumstances. I am also open regarding my personal lived experience with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder and am eager to support folks who are seeking therapeutic space or support pre or post diagnosis.
