Currently accepting new clients! I will be adding in-person days as of October 1st. I believe we all need a space where we can reflect on life’s challenges in a non-judgmental, safe environment. I strive to help clients feel empowered and heard. I have a person centered, strength based approach in order to meet each individual client where they are at. I love to work on building up the unique strengths that everyone has within them.
