I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who specializes in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and trauma that leads to difficulties with regulating emotions. I support clients who experience overwhelming anxiety that leads to behaviors like shutting down, self injurious behaviors and withdrawal from social situations. The clients I work with are willing to unpack childhood and the unconscious to increase self awareness and help them make sense of their current behaviors. I also work with couples who struggle with communication that leads to discontentment in their relationships.
