I specialize in EMDR intensives for rapid, focused healing, integrating EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to deepen self-exploration and create lasting change. I also offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy(KAP). My self-empowerment model helps clients recognize patterns, break free from what’s holding them back, and cultivate authentic relationships.
