Do you ever feel like you’re moving through a world that wasn’t built for you? I work with neurodivergent, queer, and disabled folx and anyone who’s spent years masking, pushing through overwhelm, or feeling misunderstood. People navigate anxiety, chronic stress, dysregulation, identity exploration, or the emotional weight of systems that weren’t designed with them in mind. They come to therapy wanting a place where they don’t have to translate or justify themselves. A space to unlearn shame, reconnect with joy, and live more authentically. Together, we name the harm they’ve carried, explore who they are, and discover who they are.
