About

Struggles with food, eating, and the number on the scale can deeply impact relationships and daily functioning, often leaving people feeling overwhelmed and lost. I believe there is hope, and I want to help you work toward changing your relationship with food and your thoughts about your body while building and maintaining a full, meaningful life. Through evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I can help you feel better and move toward lasting improvement. I’m here to support you in addressing these challenges and creating new, effective solutions. Many people want peace with food and their bodies instead of guilt or constant self-criticism. They want confidence, emotional balance, and to be present in relationships. The goal is trusting yourself again so food and body image take up less space, making room for connection and meaning.
