I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor through the Board of Behavioral Sciences in the state of California. I practice an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Trauma Formed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), Expressive Arts Therapy (EAT), and mindfulness techniques. My focus is on helping clients understand and modify thought patterns, develop positive coping skills, and cultivate greater self-awareness. I believe in creating a safe and supportive therapeutic space where clients can explore their emotions, identify challenges, and work towards their personal goals.
