About

Hello - I’ve spent my career working in foster care, medical and hospital settings, crisis centers, and substance use facilities—supporting people through some of life’s hardest moments. Along the way, I found my heart in trauma work, grief and loss, and addiction. I’m passionate about walking alongside individuals navigating anxiety, depression, medical needs/chronic pain, woman's health - postpartum, OCD, stress, and life transitions. And FARMERS - I said it - because mental health matters whether you’re in scrubs, in survival mode, or out in the field before sunrise. Real life is heavy, and you don’t have to carry it alone. I have a master’s degree in Mental Health and Addiction Counseling and use a collaborative, trauma-informed approach to therapy. My work integrates EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, and person-centered techniques to help clients build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
