I am passionate about mental health due to my belief in the importance of having someone in our corner that is completely for us, a non-judgmental small piece of calm in an ever evolving and uncertain world. I have found the more we can understand ourselves and the circumstances we live in, the more we can find solid ground to stand on and find the person we would like to be. It is my aim and my honor to attempt to provide a space where you can be your most authentic self – and feel safe doing so. I have the most experience in helping walk with people through their grief and trauma, religious issues, and sexual identity journeys I take an eclectic approach to counseling as I believe relationship is our greatest tool. My approach encompasses using person-centered, holistic, multicultural, and integrative methods to treatment. This basically means, I meet you where you are at and am understanding of the various complexities that make you, you.
