I understand that seeking counseling while struggling with your depression, anxiety, grief, and/or relationship conflicts can be a stressful and overwhelming experience. Therefore, from our first contact, I try to help you feel as supported and comfortable as possible in each session while first understanding your reasons for seeking therapy and then collaboratively identifying realistic goals for you. I strive to help you move from where you feel stuck now to where you want to be in the future.
