With approximately 30 years of experience working with a diverse population across various roles in the helping profession, I bring a depth of compassion and empathy gained from both professional and personal experience. My aim is to create a safe space for clients by valuing them unconditionally and guiding them toward improved self-awareness and self-compassion. I work with individuals dealing with issues related to addiction, anger management, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, dual diagnosis, life transitions, and self-esteem. My focus is on helping clients navigate these challenges and achieve meaningful growth.
