At this stage of my life and career, I am drawn to working with individuals and couples who feel stuck - stuck in their thoughts, their emotions, their relationships or the direction of their lives. Many of my ideal clients are people who outwardly appear to be functioning, yet inwardly feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of themselves. They may be wrestling with anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, or the sense that something isn't right.
