I treasure a core belief that human beings are inherently compassionate, wise, and whole. Then life happens, and we begin to lose access to our resourcefulness. Connection, authenticity, and empathy form the foundation of my work. I feel that change and healing occur both experientially and relationally. By utilizing compassion, curiosity, honesty, and humor, I connect and collaborate with clients to build a supportive and non-judgmental environment for self-exploration, healing, and growth. Internal parts work, compassion, and body-based awareness inform my therapeutic approach. Together, we'll explore past hurts and current struggles while accessing wisdom to navigate the path ahead. Whatever you may be dealing with, our work will aim to access an embodied self that holds both your strengths and vulnerabilities for your journey in life.
