I have 20 plus years working in mental and behavioral health. Many of those years involved research, and documenting mental, emotional and behavioral patterns that have us becoming our own best saboteur. It is the part of us that continually says: we are not good enough, something bad is going to happen, and often cycling through shame and regret. These feelings can induce anxiety, depression, and lead to unhealthy habits. My treatment approach is straight forward, holistic, and rooted in truth. It is grounded in identifying or re-identifying your values, then creating a truth based plan that realigns your path with these values. I have provided therapy in multiple settings ranging from out patient psychiatric centers, wilderness treatment programming, schools, and private practice . I developed the Chemical Dependency Counseling degree at Salish Kootenai College. I have created Medicine Wheel Technologies- a 13 week physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual program.
