I consider myself to be a generalist who uses a psychodynamic approach to treat the underlying issues of a variety of presenting problems. I am frank, non-judgmental and caring, and I will provide you with psychological analysis and tools to assist you in gaining insight, expressing your feelings appropriately, improving the level of intimacy in your relationships, and becoming the best version of yourself. To this end, in addition to individual therapy, I also offer group therapy to increase social self-esteem, improve assertiveness, enhance the capacity for intimacy, and gain insight into how you are experienced by others.
