I do my work with Karla Smith Behavioral Health (KSBH) in O'Fallon, IL, where we see clients who are 13 years of age or older and offer services like: individual and family counseling, Case Management, Adolescent Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Young Adult Therapy Group, and more! My approach to therapy is simple and evidence-based; I get to know you (the real you) and who you want to be, and then we get to work on providing you with effective counseling, resources, tools, and connections for your next step forward.
