At Creating Sustaining Joy, LLC, Dr. M's ideal client has experienced many hardships, particularly in childhood. Yet, they are ready to assess their life strengths; to work together setting healthy goals to manage depression/anxiety and any stress that might impede achieving a stable healthy life. Anchored on the client's worldview/spirituality/guiding principles, we navigate towards a client's ideal self. We work to dispel shame and self-defeating thoughts/behaviors that create an unhealthy self-image and a barrier to change. Dr. M helps clients commit to lifestyle changes that sustain positive mental and emotional health.
