My approach to therapy is making it safe, supportive, and above all, judgement-free. I want folks to leave that first session thinking, "that's not what I thought therapy would be or feel like" in the best possible way. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply curious about understanding yourself better, we can tackle it. I'm so passionate about therapy and I enjoy my work so much. I love healthy coping, communication, and being in your corner. I primarily work with adults, providing individual and/or couples therapy across many areas of concern such as depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, life adjustments, stress and anger management, communication in relationships, mood disorders and more. Sessions are about connections, learning, growth, and meeting the goals you've envisioned for yourself.
