I am licensed in California with 21 years of professional work experience and 11 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, graduating from Loma Linda University. I help adults with managing stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, depression, self-esteem, & parenting support. My initial experiences as an LCSW were working with children in the school system as an Educationally Related Mental Health Therapist, eventually becoming a Coordinator over a therapy program of 25 behavioral health providers.
