This creative avenue offers a different approach to communication in sessions. Are you having distressing thoughts, difficulty with open communication or asking for help? Does asking for your needs to be met in a relationship or heightened stress cause you feelings of anxiety, depression or low self-esteem? I will creatively work with you to operate from an equality-based lens with a trauma informed approach to give you space to feel more connected to yourself and others with art therapy and talk therapy.
