The first step is where growth begins. I am a NJ Licensed Professional Art Therapist & a Registered-Board Certified Art Therapist. I am passionately dedicated to encouraging clients to utilize the creative arts, music, relaxation techniques and verbal expression to help persevere life challenges, identify and understand emotions, increase self-esteem, develop and/or enhance coping strategies, improve mood regulation, decrease problematic symptoms related to a diagnosis and provide support as clients let go of limitations in a safe non-judgmental space.
