Or maybe a teacher or doctor suggested your child or teen could benefit from additional supports and that is just what you are doing. Your efforts do not go unnoticed. Parenting is hard work, and it is even harder when your child or teen is experiencing emotional and behavioral difficulties. There is Hope… for you, your child and your family. Art therapy provides a creative outlet for children, adolescents and families to express and process emotions when words are not enough. My approach is creative, playful and person centered, focused on the unique needs of each individual and family with a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship.
