Hi, I'm Amy. I believe everyone can benefit from therapy, but starting the therapeutic journey to self-improvement can be daunting. I would count it a privilege to walk with you as you take these steps. With over 15 years of experience working with adults aged 18+ to address a variety of stressors, interpersonal issues and behavioral concerns, I'm trained in a variety of therapeutic methods, but tailor my approach to each person’s needs. I work with adults with Anxiety, ADHD, Insomnia/sleep issues, parenting or relationship stress, substance & behavioral addictions, trauma & life stressors in general. I am also a trained Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist.
