It can be difficult to navigate life, dealing with the demands of your day to day while balancing your own personal challenges alongside family and cultural issues. It can so feel so overwhelming, but can feel like a sign of weakness to show emotions. I am here to help and provide a space where you can talk, and work through the anger, the pain, the loneliness, sadness and/or the worry. The journey towards healing is not always easy, and I am here to support you. I enjoy working with POC, and folks going through perinatal mental health challenges/transitions.
