I tailor my therapy to meet your individual needs and aid you in the process of healing. I do so from curiosity, a trauma-informed lens, and a client-centered orientation. It is my goal to create a safe environment in which each person can feel welcomed, understood, and accepted as their true self. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I am trained in EMDR treatment for trauma-related symptoms.
