Hello, I am Dr. Audrey Ramos. Under ongoing supervision, I work with adults and couples experiencing anxiety, mood concerns, trauma, relationship stress, and major life transitions, just to name a few. Many of my clients are professionals or individuals in high-risk careers who are high-functioning but internally overwhelmed. I am retired from law enforcement, and I understand first responder culture and cumulative stress. I use structured, evidence-based approaches, including CBT, EMDR, insight-oriented therapy, and more, to support clarity, emotional regulation, and sustainable change.
