I have a passion to aid my clients in their personal mental wellness journey. My diverse background assists me to bring empathy, compassion, and life experience to my practice, meeting the client exactly where they are at. I utilize integrative, holistic, and somatic techniques with gentle humor to move clients towards healing themselves. I am available throughout the state of New Mexico either virtually or via Telehealth. With a concentration in mental health and trauma, I utilize integrative therapy having trained in EMDR, IFS, DBT, Narcissistic and Psychopathy Survivorship, natural medicine prep & Integration, Reiki and AcuDetox. I specialize in clients with complex trauma, narcissistic & psychopathy survivorship, teens aged 12-20, and LGBTQ+ population.
