Crisálida’s ideal client is a survivor of domestic violence or complex trauma who has struggled to access safe, culturally relevant support. May face language barriers, transportation challenges, caregiving responsibilities, or mistrust of systems. Their needs include flexible, bilingual, trauma-informed care that meets them where they are —at home, school, clinic, or online—and services that honor their culture and pace. Their goals are safety, healing, family stability, and dignity. Above all, they want consistent, compassionate support that helps them move from survival to empowerment. Crisálida helps by meeting survivors where they are—physically, emotionally, and culturally. We provide bilingual, trauma-informed care in trusted community spaces such as schools, clinics, housing programs, and cultural centers, as well as virtually. Our support is flexible and relational, ranging from crisis response and long-term accompaniment.
