I believe that you’re the author to your own life, and therapy can be a great place to turn a new page, start a new chapter, and write your book in the way you want. My commitment as a therapist begins with creating a safe, collaborative space to ensure consistent progression towards your goals. I am passionate about helping you meet these goals in a way that is effective and comfortable. My main client focus is adolescents/teenagers and adults. I work with individuals, couples, and families of all stages of life.
