Certain life experiences and relationships can leave us feeling stuck and unable to be our true selves. I am here to support individuals process and heal from past and present trauma that often surfaces as anxiety and depression. My work involves guiding clients to empower themselves by being the source of their own healing. I am inspired and humbled to be part of the journey of a person who has released emotional burdens and no longer views themselves or the world through the lens of fear, guilt, shame and hurt. Rather, these feelings are replaced with self-compassion, understanding and personal growth.
