I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado and Virginia, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), and a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist-Consultant (CEDS-C) with the unique ability to combine nutrition and mental health for clients suffering from disordered eating, poor body image, low self-esteem, anxiety/depression, and other mental health disorders. I advocate for my clients to help them become self-sufficient and independent in developing healthy behaviors. I am passionate about helping clients identify their feelings, needs, and wants while learning how to effectively process and express these needs.
