I am a clinical psychologist and lifelong New Yorker who specializes in helping clients navigate life transitions. I work with a wide range of individuals from many different walks of life. What many of my patients have in common is courageousness in the face of adversity and a desire to have the fullness and richness of their experience recognized. My patients believe in a shared contribution to the therapeutic process, and that humor helps us heal. Life can be hard, and it's up to us to find moments of light in the dark. And, sometimes, laughter truly is the best medicine.
