I focus on supporting individuals experiencing mood or anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorders, and substance use or behavioral addictions such as obsessive compulsive disorders or lower risk eating disorders. I also connect with those who are children of immigrant parents experiencing "third culture" in the US. I am a Certified Addictions Counselor and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC). CRC means we will explore what it means for you to return to work with a disability, finding employment that gives you purpose, or transitioning into a role that is more in alignment with your goals, interests, and abilities.
