My ideal client is someone who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain—someone who is seeking real, lasting change but isn’t quite sure where to start. They might be struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, life transitions, or past trauma that continues to shape their present. Despite these difficulties, they are curious, motivated, and ready to engage in the therapeutic process. What they want is clarity, confidence, and connection—to themselves and to others.
