Hello! I provide individual therapy to teens, adults, and seniors struggling with eating disorders, body image concerns, chronic dieting, over-exercising behaviors, and self-esteem. I have a special interest in working with athletes and individuals in fitness spaces who experience disordered eating patterns and challenges related to sports performance, identity, and perfectionism. I also work with patients struggling with anxiety, depression, life-transitions, and relationship challenges.
