I walk alongside individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, postpartum changes, grief, identity exploration, and the lasting impact of trauma. I am especially drawn to supporting those facing attachment wounds, boundary challenges, and relational patterns that feel overwhelming or difficult to change. As a relational and trauma-informed therapist, I create space for clients to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves. Together we work on building self-trust, tending to inner child wounds, and gently reframing thoughts that no longer serve you.
