My name is Cristiane Young but I go by Kristy. I am a licensed Mental Health counselor with more than 25 years of experience in the mental health field. My passion is to be able to assist my clients unfold their potential and live a more fulfilling life. I believe that each person is a universe and that no diagnosis can define or restrict them. Therapy is a journey that we take together. I help people of different ages who are struggling with different issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, grief, relational and marital problems to name a few. I am fluent in English and Portuguese.
