I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My area of focus is trauma, depression, anxiety, and anger. My approach to therapy is to come alongside my clients and walk certain chapters of their lives with them. I use a mixture of mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, behavioral therapy, and cognitive therapy with my clients. I want to meet the person in the season they are in and find what works best for them.
