My ideal client would be someone who seeks to find meaning in their lives. They feel lost, as though they need direction. They often feel like their point of view is different and seek to understand themselves and others. Their needs are to feel safe, heard, and validated. Goals would include finding meaning in life and building a life based on that meaning, whether it be continuing their path with a renewed sense of purpose, starting a new job or going to school; ultimately identifying and channeling their inner beliefs into something that is productive and/or satisfies their needs.
